Legal Notice

This page identifies who publishes Pixlaine, how to reach a real person, and who hosts the site. French law (article 6 of the LCEN) requires it of every site publisher. The French statutory terms are given in brackets so the page can be read by a French reader or authority.

Purchases

Nothing on Pixlaine is for sale. The site and every tool on it are free to use, we take no payments, and the optional Supporter Pack is not currently available to buy.

Voluntary donations through Ko-fi are the only way to contribute, and they are made on Ko-fi's own site under its terms. They buy nothing here and grant no access.

If the Supporter Pack goes on sale, this page will name who sells it and who processes the payment, and set out the consumer mediation route required of a trader selling to consumers, before any purchase is possible.

Intellectual Property

The Pixlaine name, the site design, its illustrations and its source code belong to the publisher. The patterns and pixel drawings you create with Pixlaine are yours, including anything you sell made from them; the Terms of Use say so in full and nothing on this page narrows it.

Reporting Content

To report a pattern shared in the community gallery, a copyright infringement, or a security issue, see the contact page, which lists what to send for each.
